The combination of web-based applications, scripted voice input and the immediate availability of data for meeting reporting requirements is only available from the qMetrix™ system. The system thus provides hospitals, railroad, insurance companies, and hotels with a method to collect and view data in real-time and thereby enables them to make immediate process improvements not possible with any other combination of technology available today.

Customer Support
The qMetrix™ Group is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of support available in the market. We can be reached by calling our main number at any time of the day and any day of the week.
Data Center
The qMetrix™ system is hosted in a DOD rated facility in Florida. This facility has experienced no downtime in over eight years of operation. We also have a backup data facility in Georgia. Since qMetrix™ has been launched, we have experienced no unplanned downtime. In the unlikely event that there are any issues with the system, the qMetrix™ Group is committed to addressing them within eight hours of notification, issue dependent. All planned maintenance and upgrades will be completed during non-business hours and all customers will be notified at least twenty-four hours in advance.

The qMetrix™ Group is committed to ensuring that all necessary policies, procedures and safeguards are in place at all times to comply with HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements in the handling of protected health information in all areas of the company and with any and all business or sub-contractors that are permitted access to qMetrix™ for Healthcare. This commitment to privacy extends to all product lines and customers. It is standard procedure to put non-disclosure agreements in place with all companies providing data to qMetrix™ systems.
